I am going to list down Car’s and Suv’s that run more than 1000km in a single tank full. It includes Hyundai Verna, Hyundai Creta, Jeep Compass, Honda City, Maruti Dzire.
Maruti Vitara Brezza
Range: 1,056 km
Vitara Brezza Diesel returns ARAI claimed fuel efficiency of 22 km/l while it gets a 48-litre tank.
Tata Nexon
Range: 1,054 km
Nexon has an ARAI claimed fuel efficiency of 23.97 km/l and gets a 44-litre tank.
Ford Figo Diesel
Range: 1033 km
It returns an ARAI claimed fuel efficiency of 25.83 km/l and gets a tank of 40 litres that takes the total range to more than 1,000 km.
Hyundai Creta Diesel
Range: 1,282 km
It returns an ARAI claimed 21.4 km/l and gets a huge tank of 50 litres. I am considering the 1.4 lt diesel.
Mahindra XUV 500 Diesel
Range: 1,120 km
The XUV has a very long-range, thanks to its 70-litre fuel tank and 16 km/l mileage ARAI claimed.
Jeep Compass Diesel
Range: 1,026 km
The Compass has a fuel tank capacity of 60 litres and gets a claimed mileage of 17.1 km/l as per ARAI.
Honda Jazz Diesel
1092 km
It has an ARAI claimed fuel economy figure of 27.3 km/litre and a tank capacity of 40 litres.
Maruti Dzire Diesel
1118 km
The ARAI claimed fuel economy figure for the Dzire is a massive 26 km/litre, however, it has a smaller fuel tank which can only accommodate 43 litres.

It has an ARAI claimed fuel economy figure of 28 km/litre and with a fuel tank capacity of 43 litres. Just a bigger tank in this car can do much more.
Though I have considered only ARAI fuel efficiency, which is not achieved in real-life still we can achieve the claimed kms by driving efficiently. And only a diesel vehicle can have high fuel efficiency, no petrol car can do this unless a big tank. There are plenty of other cars which can do 1000 km in a single tank but I found this car more viable of doing it.
