To host a new wordpress website, you need to select a hosting like Hostinger, Bigrock, Hostgator, or Bluehost. Each of these hosting companies has dedicated wordpress hosting. I would suggest going with Bluehost or Hostinger. As I have used both of them and their service and support are good.
Company registration is a different aspect, not related to hosting. For that, you need to connect with a CA.
