Make a decision on who will be "it" in your group. She will be standing on the side of the pool, out of the water, with her back to the pool and her hands on her hips. "It" will be a person who will be swimming in the pool on the same side of the pool as the other participants. Everyone in the pool chooses a color and keeps it a secret from the rest of the group. Colors are called out at random by the person who basketball legends is "it." If your color is called, you must swim to the other side in complete silence to avoid being detected or tagged by the other team. If the person who is "it" has reason to believe that someone has slipped through the crack in the wall, she may turn around and jump in after the person. Whenever the person who is "it" turns around, she must take a step away from the pool because nobody has left it. If you are tagged, you are referred to as "it."
