Hello Guys here is the all new Maruti Dzire launched at 5.45 lakhs for petrol variant and 6.45 lakhs for diesel variant with major design update. This is the third generation of Maruti Dzire. Dzire is built-in the new Heartect Platform same as the Suzuki Baleno. It ditches it swift prefix and now it is only called as Maruti Dzire. Dzire comes with 8 variants and except the base variants LXi and LDi all other variants have AMT as an option. It is still the subcompact sedan with 3995 mm in length. There is also no change in the engine, the petrol is powered by 1.2-litre VVT petrol and the diesel with 1.3-litre DDiS.
Talking about exterior the styling is derived from the new Swift 2017, it gets a massive trapezoidal grille and a raked A-pillar for more sedan like stance. The C-pillar merges well with the boot and it gives the car more proportionate look this time. This new variant gets LED DRLs, LED tail lights only on the top end of the car VXi/ZXi nad VDi/ZDi. The rim is looks pretty good with 15 inch diamond cut.
Talking about exterior dimensions the length has not changed it is 3995 mm, 1735 mm in width and 1515 mm height which is reduced by 40 mm, the wheelbase is 2450 mm which is grown by 20 mm compared to its predecessor. The ground clearance is reduced by 7 mm and its is now 163 mm. This new HEARTECT design is stronger and light in weight, it has helped this new generation Dzire Lose weight up to 85 kg in petrol and 105 kg in diesel. IT has more boot space of 379 litres and also has an increased knee room.
The interior is plush looking and well-built with good plastics, it has a leather-wrapped flat-bottom steering wheel with tilt adjust and auto climate control. The two-tone dashboard looks premium with infotainment system which connects apple car play and android auto and as well as mirror-link.

The new Dzire also comes with dual front airbags, ABS with EBD and Brake Assist and ISOFIX child anchorages as standard on all variants. This third generation Maruti Dzire has become better with new features and offering lot more options compared to other car in this segment. The new Dzire competes with the new Hyundai Xcent, Volkswagen Ameo, Tata Zest and Tigor, Honda Amaze and the Ford Aspire.
