It is a set of enterprise business software solutions published by Microsoft. These solutions are sold and supported by a partner ecosystem consisting of a relatively large number of partners around the world. Most of the solutions in the Microsoft Dynamics portfolio are built on the same core platform, Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

It’s been a little over 3 years since Microsoft entered the CRM market with Dynamics CRM. Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a unified CRM solution that offers a plethora of features and functionality that can be used to support customers, partners, employees, and business processes.

The CRM market is huge and extremely competitive, with many large companies and smaller CRM-only solutions vying for a piece of the pie. Microsoft has a lot to prove in the CRM market, especially with the recent acquisition of Great Plains and Navision from the Microsoft/Business Objects merger.

With Dynamics, you can manage your customers, orders, products, and finances in one place. Microsoft Dynamics 365 is the latest version of Microsoft Dynamics.
