The second is Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, which helps you manage finance, HR, and operations for your business. The final is Dynamics 365 for Sales, which is the backbone of your marketing and sales strategy.

It’s been a little over 3 years since Microsoft entered the CRM market with Dynamics CRM. Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a unified CRM solution that offers a plethora of features and functionality that can be used to support customers, partners, employees, and business processes. 

The CRM market is huge and extremely competitive, with many large companies and smaller CRM-only solutions vying for a piece of the pie. Microsoft has a lot to prove in the CRM market, especially with the recent acquisition of Great Plains and Navision from the Microsoft/Business Objects merger.
