Tips on How to Use Yoga to De-Stress

As per the American Institute of Stress, the definition of stress varies from person to person. Hence, it can’t be measured. It can either be eustress i.e. positive connotations, for instance, a promotion at work, winning a lottery, the birth of a baby, etc. or, it can be distress i.e. negative connotations, for instance, due work, heartbreak, financial issues, etc. Statistical data have proved that eustress enhances the productivity of an individual; whereas, distress minimizes the same.
